Undoing Assimilation

Are you the child or grandchild of an Immigrant? Longing for a home you’ve never known? Come find what was lost and learn about how to undo the effects of assimilation with others like you.

Our Approach

Many of us who are the children and grandchildren of immigrants are very confused about how to undo the effects of assimilation on our lives and our families. In the hustle of daily life it can feel hard to slow down and be who we are. This introductory class gives you a framework to help you come home to your full, authentic self, whether you are the descendant of immigrants and/or reconnecting with Indigenous roots.
