Whether you are reconnecting to your Indigenous roots, building a sustainable creative practice, or strengthening an organization with values-aligned leadership, the path can feel both meaningful and challenging. One-on-one coaching provides a safe, consistent space to navigate questions, build accountability, and move forward with clarity and courage.
I coach from the heart while offering practical tools grounded in the Coming Home framework.
Individual sessions are available for those who prefer flexibility or want to try coaching before committing to a package. However, packages are strongly recommended for deeper transformation and better results.

Artist & Cultural Worker Coaching
For artists, writers, musicians, filmmakers, and cultural practitioners who want sustainable support for fundraising, grant writing, and fiscal sponsorship.

Grant & Funding Launch – 4 × 60-minute sessions – $760 (over 2 months)
Artist Leadership Arc – 8 × 60-minute sessions – $1,440 (over 4–6 months)
Includes: Grant proposal development/review, fundraising strategy, fiscal sponsorship guidance, and alignment with Indigenous values.

Rates for Organizational Work: $300–$450 per hour (or value-based project fees)
Package Options:
Leadership Foundations – 5 × 90-minute sessions – $2,250 (over 3 months)
Strategic Alignment Package – 8–10 sessions (mix of individual + team) – $4,000 – $6,000+ (over 4–6 months, depending on scope)
Value-Based Pricing Available: For larger engagements involving strategic planning, team development, or major funding initiatives, we can structure fees based on the project scope and outcomes (e.g., successful grant outcomes, completed strategic plan, or leadership team milestones).
