By acting according to Indigenous values, and not capitalist ones, we are showing our love to ourselves, families, friends, and communities. This deepens our relationships and paves the way for new ones that change the world.
Responsible Community Membership
Taking an honest, rigorous, and accountable approach to this work helps us to make good decisions about our journey home to Indigeneity. How we get there matters just as much as the destination itself.
Emotional Resiliency
Learning how to manage the emotions that come up along the journey is a huge part of coming home work. We deserve to be tended to with gentle loving kindness.

Rosa Blumenfeld-Romero has been on her own healing journey to reclaim her Indigenous roots for over ten years now. This class is built on her experience implementing the Indigenous teachings in the coming home framework in her own life.
